Most agencies operate behind closed doors: charge clients as much as possible, pay candidates as little as they can get away with, and pocket the difference.

At PTF Consulting, we publish our rates because we believe in fairness across the board — fair wages for contractors, reasonable costs for clients, and full transparency for everyone.

 

No surprises. No markups. Just clear numbers and honest work.

Direct Hire/Permanent Placement

When you're wanting the best candidate possible to add to your team.

Our Fee: 20-25% of Annual Salary plus any sign-on bonus

Guarantee - One replacement within 90 days. If no replacement found within 30 days of request, the next position will be filled at a 50% discount. Payment due on candidate start date. Payments more than 15 days past due voids guarantee. Exclusivity on a role will grant a 2% discount.

Annual Salary: 

Under $100 = 20%

$100-150k = 22%

$150,001 and above = 25%

Reverse Billing

For Government Contractors needing to maintain 51% of Workshare.

 

Hourly rate billed at $22/hr for 2000 hours/One Year. Payment terms are NET 30.

Contract/Contract-to-
Hire

Contracting is available through use of our EOR. Rates are billed at Direct Hire rate / number of hours on contract. Maximum of 6 months. Long term contracting options available; contact for more information. Our fees are in addition to EOR costs and consultant pay rate.

Fractional Recruiting

When you need a recruiter but don't want to add a FTE!

Hourly Rate

Starting at: $100/hour

​

You'll get a dedicated recruiter to support your roles. Job board access will be provided. Rate is dependent on number of positions being filled. Minimum commitment of 160 hours required (Example: 20 hours per week for 8 weeks.) Starting rate is based on 1 position. Additional position is an added $50/hr. For Projects of 3 or more hires, the cost is $100/hr. plus a 10% direct hire fee.
