At PTF Consulting, we publish our rates because we believe in fairness across the board — fair wages for contractors, reasonable costs for clients, and full transparency for everyone.

Direct Hire/Permanent Placement

When you're wanting the best candidate possible to add to your team.

Our Fee: 20-25% of Annual Salary plus any sign-on bonus

Guarantee - One replacement within 30 days. If no replacement found within 30 days of request, the next position will be filled at a 50% discount. Payment due on candidate start date. Payments more than 15 days past due voids guarantee. Exclusivity on a role will grant a 2% discount.

Annual Salary: 

Under $100 = 20%

$100-150k = 22%

$150,001 and above = 25%

Reverse Billing

For Government Contractors needing to maintain 51% of Workshare.

With Reverse Billing, you bring the consultant on as your employee or contractor, and we charge a simple flat fee of $20/hour for each hour worked. This model is ideal for organizations that need to maintain control, meet workshare requirements, or avoid traditional placement fees upfront.

A 1,000-hour minimum applies per placement. After that, billing continues for as long as the consultant remains engaged with your team.

If you decide to convert the consultant into a long-term direct hire outside of this structure, a standard placement fee will apply.

Contract/Contract-to-
Hire

Flexible staffing without adding headcount.

Through our Employer of Record (EOR) partner, consultants are employed off your books while working directly with your team. This allows you to scale quickly while we handle payroll, benefits, compliance, and administrative overhead.

You are billed an hourly rate that includes the consultant’s pay rate, EOR costs, and a flat PTF service fee of $20/hour.

Each placement includes a 1,000-hour minimum commitment. If the consultant leaves before reaching the 1,000-hour minimum, the remaining balance will be invoiced with the final billing.

Contract-to-hire options are available, and if you choose to convert a consultant to a direct hire within the first 12 months, a standard placement fee will apply.
