PRICING
Please Note: Pricing may vary based on scope, role complexity, urgency, and the level of support required. Final pricing will be confirmed before the engagement begins.
Embedded Recruiting Support
Best for companies with multiple openings, recurring hiring needs, or limited internal recruiting bandwidth.
PTF Consulting provides recruiting support on an hourly basis, acting as an extension of your internal team. Engagements are structured around a minimum commitment based on the number of active roles and the level of support required.

Support may include intake meetings, job posting guidance, sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, hiring manager communication, and search process coordination.

Reversed Billing
Best for organizations that need flexible staffing support without adding immediate headcount.
Through our Employer of Record partner, consultants work with your team while payroll, benefits, compliance, and administrative functions are handled externally. This allows you to scale faster while keeping the process clear and manageable. Hourly billing includes the consultant's pay rate, Employer of Record costs, and a flat PTF service fee of $20/hour. Each placement includes a 1,000-hour minimum commitment. If the consultant leaves before reaching the 1,000-hour minimum, the remaining balance will be invoiced with the final billing. If you choose to convert a consultant to a direct hire within the first 12 months, a standard placement fee will apply.
