PTF Consulting, formerly known as ProTalent Finders, was founded by Megan Alford - a recruiter who didn’t set out to own an agency, but couldn’t ignore the need for something better. After years working inside recruiting firms and corporate HR teams, Megan saw firsthand how often clients were overcharged, candidates were kept in the dark, and decisions were driven by commissions instead of outcomes. The experience left her frustrated but also motivated. So in 2024, she stepped out on her own to do things differently.

What started as a one-woman effort quickly evolved into PTF Consulting: a talent strategy firm rooted in transparency, ethics, and real relationships. Megan built the business around the principles she wished she saw more of in the industry - clear pricing, direct communication, and a deep respect for both the people doing the hiring and the people being hired.
