PTF Consulting, formerly known as ProTalent Finders, was founded by Megan Alford, a recruiter who saw firsthand how often hiring was made harder than it needed to be.
 

After years inside agency recruiting and corporate HR, Megan saw clients overcharged, candidates kept in the dark, and too many recruiting decisions driven by commissions instead of outcomes. She knew there had to be a better way to support both businesses and job seekers.

So she built one.
 

What started as a one-woman effort quickly evolved into PTF Consulting, a recruiting and talent strategy firm rooted in clear pricing, direct communication, and a deep respect for the people on both sides of the hiring process.
 

Today, PTF Consulting supports government contractors and commercial businesses through embedded recruiting partnerships, retained search, direct hire services, and related talent support designed to create better outcomes with fewer surprises.
